ah, i love talking about author photos...both are great, but i lean towards the close up one.
cute dimple, and i think it overall looks better against a white background. more POP if you know what i mean...
Hmmmmm... they're both beautiful, Sandra, but I think I like option 1 better. I think you still get the dimple (that Cornshake brought up) and a really nice profile of you. My two cents.
Having missed the photos, I think that I like the first "poof". It's got more "umph" to it.
